These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
14.1 Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (including the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof) shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Maryland, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial.

14.2 Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. This waiver applies to claims brought against CRAI, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates.
If a court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable, then the arbitration agreement in Section 14.1 shall be null and void, and the dispute shall be resolved in court in accordance with the governing law provisions.
14.3 Small Claims Court
Notwithstanding the arbitration provisions above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.

16.5 Force Majeure
CRAI is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
